Valentine’s Day Delivery Policy

To ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience, please review our delivery guidelines:

Order Deadlines

• Pre-orders: To guarantee delivery on or before Valentine’s Day, orders must be placed by February 12th. 
• Same-day delivery: Same day delivery will NOT be available  on February 14th. Any Orders must be placed and accepted will have to be picked up at the Flower Pot Store.

Delivery Hours

• Deliveries will be made between 08:00am – 2:00pm.
• We are unable to accommodate specific time requests but will do our best to deliver within a reasonable timeframe.

Delivery Locations

• There is an additional charge of $5.00 for delivery
• We deliver within the following areas: Monrovia, Sinkor, Paynesville (up to Duport Rd Junction). Bushrod Island (Up to Japanese Highway Junction).  
• For deliveries outside this area, please contact us for availability and additional charges.

Recipient Availability

• Please ensure the recipient is available to receive the delivery.
• If no one is available, we will:
  • Leave the package with a receptionist, front desk, or a safe location (if applicable).
  • Attempt to contact the recipient for instructions.
  • Reschedule delivery (additional fee may apply).

Weather & Unforeseen Delays

• Severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times. We will notify customers of any delays and do our best to accommodate changes.

Incorrect Addresses & Redelivery

• Please provide accurate recipient details. Incorrect addresses may result in redelivery fees or cancellation.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made by February 12th, 2025 
• No refunds will be issued for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients.
